BKI is your one stop spot to a healthier way of living. We will talk to you and collect detailed information about your existing food habits, work schedule, cooking skills and medical history. We may ask you to undergo some blood tests from your neighborhood pathological lab.

We will use this information to prepare a plan for initial 3 days. We will collect information from you about how your body is responding to the changes, what you are able to do easily and what you cannot, subsequently, we will provide a detailed plan for the next week and beyond on a weekly basis. We will help you track your own progress.

We use a combination of positive motivation and psychological inputs to help you stay focused. However, we also need commitment from you with respect to certain topics and it should not be driven by us because it cannot be one way approach.
